How to Request Data Deletion

Account Dashboard: If you have access to your account, you may request deletion directly through your dashboard (if this feature is available). Please include sufficient information in your request, such as your registered email address or account ID, so we can verify your identity and process your request securely.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

Personal account information, including name, email address, and contact details Connected social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations Chat history and messages stored in our system Stored preferences, account settings, and related usage data

Data Retention and Processing Time

We process all verified data deletion requests within 7 to 14 business days from the date of confirmation.

Please note that in certain cases, we may retain limited information if required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

Third-Party Platforms

If your account is connected with third-party services such as Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you may also need to manage or remove certain data directly from those platforms in accordance with their own policies.
